the shower light was blinking profusely, and no one bothered to fix it until I had to call again. also, the internet didn’t work at all! as a 'loyal guest', I expected a complimentary gesture for this mess, but was just told to handle it myself. could’ve been great, but just couldn't recommend it.

The staff made my family feel welcome, even during our challenging moments. The pool was a delightful escape—clean and inviting. Special shoutout to the wonderful lady who ensured we had a pack n play for our daughter!

The TV reception was poor, affecting our stay. We faced issues with the shower door, requiring towels as a fix. Although staff tried their best to assist us,. I recommend checking room conditions before committing.

Elevator breakdowns were a real pain, having to trek up stairs was not ideally suited for day-to-day use!!! Also, a few safety measures for vehicles would certainly uplift the overall peace of mind when staying!!!
